Comme déjà annoncé dans le topic ROMA THEME PARK - TERRA MAGICA, un deuxième projet est en gestation à Rome à CineCitta. Il semble d'après MAGODIOZ du studio OZ LAB qu'il s'agisse même d'un double projet : 1 parc à thème "Cinecittà World" d'une superficie de 60ha et dont le masterplan a été confié à LEISURE ENTERTAINMENT qui est le réalisateur de Disney et dont voici le link : http://www.lecworldwide.com/accom_masterplans.html (http://www.lecworldwide.com/accom_masterplans.html)

C'est un ancien président de Gardaland qui a été nommé à la tête du futur parc.
La bataille risque d'être féroce dans le futur entre TerraMagica et Cinecitta World.

Ouh laaaaaaa ! Pas bon ça ! Ca va encore être du kakacoaster hollandais standard avec un zoli noeud rose autour !  

Ces nouveaux parcs italiens, c'est bien, mais c'est quand qu'on connaitra les lines-up d'attractions !? Parce que quand même, entre reverchon, pinfari et vekaka, je suis méga impatient de savoir qui va remporter ces contrats !  

Pitié, ne leur parlez pas de pax !  D'autant que je connais un mec très sympas qui bosse chez soquet ! Tant qu'à faire du coaster pas stimulant, autant que ça donne du boulot aux copains !

Autrement, en Italie, j'adore Mirabilandia et Movieland !

Le site de LEISURE ENTERTAINMENT regorge de bons concept art de futurs parcs (=> section products du site), faut y jeter un coup d'oeil! Malheureusement il n'y a pas de concept art pour Cinecittà World.

Movieland, avec des budgets ultra maigres, a réussi à produire un petit parc qui propose quelques attractions vachement sympas !

En premier, je citerais l'extraordinaire Magma qui m'a fait pisser de rire et de trouille !

Leur horror house est la plus effrayante que j'ai jamais faite, jusqu'à épuisement de peur et de rire !

Terminator se place au même niveau que le 100 fois plus couteux armaggedon de bitumeland !

Le show sur les effets spéciaux et maquillages au cinéma, un truc tout simple, est rempli de bonnes idées ; sans doute de trop bonnes idées et des idées pas assez chères ni suffisament génératrices de pognon pour que les mecs de chez mickey-imaginieurage aient pensé à faire un truc pareil dans leur pseudo parc parisien sur le soit-disant cinéma !

Certes, il n'y a pas grand chose d'autre !

Bref, Movieland est un petit parc où pour pas très cher, on passe de très bons moments entre copains, une sorte d'image en mirroir d'hangaland où pour très cher, on s'emmerde rapidement, même avec de très bons copains !

Pour en revenir au sujet, je ne m'inquiétais d'une possible revercho-veko-pinfarisation de ce parc, qu'à cause de la présence, sur ce projet, d'un concepteur de gardaland ; parc qui n'est rien d'autre qu'un sous-Disneyland, rempli de quelques-uns des plus mauvais rides standards de constructeurs non moins mauvais, des rides plus ou moins soporifiques (heureusement, quelques bonnes baffes nous maintiennent en éveil), emballés dans de zolies boiboites rose-bonbon !

Espérons, en effet, que ce parc, comme l'autre parc romain, soient bien + qu'un simple gardaland !

Officiel selon la presse du 9 novembre dernier, le parc à thème sera situé à CASTEL ROMANO à 25km de Rome près de la côte.

En résumé, les déclarations faites par le président Emanuel Gout :

Ouverture en 2009 (encore ??????????) - basé sur le modèle américain d'Hollywood sur une superficie de 50ha - estimation 3 millions de visiteurs l'an .

Affaire à suivre, une de plus et la guerre est ainsi officiellement déclarée entre Castel Romano et Valmontone (où - très bonne nouvelle - les premiers "chantiers" attractions vont être commencés - différentes sociétés mettent depuis hier en place leur zone d"opération).

Allez, c'est parti également pour le deuxième parc à Rome - conférence de presse le 19 novembre 2009 à la célèbre Villa Borghese avec tout le bataclanc politique de Rome (de nouveau le maire de Rome comme pour Rainbow Magicland - le président de la région etc...) - vous allez voir malgré les carences, les jalousies des uns envers les autres et les difficultés en tout genre rencontrées les romains vont disposer vraiment dans le future de trois ou quatre (si l'on compte l'ancien Luneur qui sera complètement renové) parcs

Quelqu'un sait plus le statut actuel du Luneur? J'ai rien entendu et je me pose la question si le parc réouvrira en 2010?

Nous en saurons probablement plus à la conférence de presse car c'est précisément CineCittà World qui en a aussi la refonte complète - les rumeurs parlent également d'un thematisation totale du Luneur (sur les thèmes "multimedias") la date avancée est 2012 et il sera cotoyé par un nouvel grand aquarium

J'ai l'impression que l'on voit 2 parcs sur ce master-plan, mais ça peut être aussi le plan du studio de production à gauche et celui du parc à droite, non ?

Justement, je n'y vois pas très clair pour l'instant, c'est pourquoi je n'avais pas "posté" le document, mais il y aura bientôt des nouvelles plus précises quant aux masterplans des différentes phases et j'espère que Mazzoli me lachera quelques infos comme du temps de TerraMagica avant sont évincement au profit de Art Project pour Rainbow Magicland. De fait il pourrait y avoir 2 parcs et une zone village

Oui ce serait pas mal que Mazzoli te lâche quelques scoops ^^

Sinon je pense avoir trouvé quelques réponses au sujet du master-plan  

On peut voir le plan zoomé et plus détaillé sur cette vidéo : lien (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUb4X18w75E&feature=related)
On peut remarquer que ce sont bien 2 parcs distincts qui sont représentés sur ce plan, d'où le fait qu'il y ait le projet "Cinecittà World 2".

De plus, j'ai jeté un coup d'oeil sur Google Earth et le complexe de studios est entouré de bâtiments.
Donc les parcs ne se situeront pas juste à côté des studios comme c'est le cas d'Universal Studios Hollywood. Il n'y aura donc pas de tram

Aïe aïe, les écolos s'en mêlent, alors que pour Rainbow ML ils n'avaient pas bougé, des ligues ambiantales ont fait arrêter les début des travaux pour exiger des devoirs supplémentaires de faisabilité et d'impact. La chance est que les instances de la ville de Rome ont fortement insisté pour la réalisation de ce second parc romain. Mais le danger (avec une telle administration problèmatique et pesante à l'italienne - déjà la réalisation de RML tient du miracle) est de se retrouver dans une situation comme pour Mediapolis (le gros projet près de Turin) ou tout est (ou était prêt) les terrains - le masterplan - l'argent - les instances politiques locales - résultat : déjà plus de 7 ans de blocage - recours après recours de la part des écolos.

Les travaux de démolitions des anciennes installations ont commencé, par ailleurs les plastiques du parc ainsi de ceux du Leunor completement rénové et du Sea Life de Rome seront présentés au public le 24 mai prochain. Le quatrième parc romain (Zoo Marine) va lui aussi jouir d'une grosse expension et rejoindra commercialement le deuxième pôle touristiqur (celui formé par CinèCitta) pour faire face à RML.

oui, à Castel Romano, plus proche de la côte (vers Ostia) mais toujours au sud de Rome comme RML;

S'il s'agit de cet Intamin à 12 inversions qui à l'air d'un magnifique prototype, je suis preneur   !
(Même un Colossus nouvelle version ,d 'ailleurs, ce qui me semble plus probable étant donné qu'un prototype Intamin de cette envergure doit être affreusement cher   )

C'est une volonté du politique romaine qui est à la tête de cette poussée au niveau des projets. Justement aujourd'hui a lieu une grande réunion rassemblant les directions des différents parcs et autres projets importants dans la région de Rome pour ériger une stratégie commerciale reliant les différents sites : RML - ZooMarine (qui sont déjà une réalité) - le nouvel grand aquarium de Rome (Mediterraneum) qui sera inauguré en 2012 et géré par Sea Life (ce sera leur plus grosse unité) - CineCitta Leunor (qui rouvrira en fin de cette année avec une complète restructuration) CineCitta World et également le futur "I Ludi di Roma" (Les Jeux de Rome) qui fera animé une Rome antique à grande échelle. Cette réunion offrira une panoramique sur l'état d'avancement du nouveau pôle d'attraction de la Capitale et sur sa capacité de répondre aux tendances contemporaines du tourisme international.

Oui mais faut tout prendre avec des pincettes car quand il y a de la politique dedans...De plus la bureaucratie italienne est l'une des plus terribles au monde en terme d'efficacité...un escargot géant.

Ben oui, qu'ils sont beaux...mais cela me rappelle ceux qu'il avait réalisé pour Terra Magica (alias Rainbow Magicland) pour être par après rangés dans le tiroir pour raison de coûts trop élévés (ou d'investisseurs non trouvés à l'époque pour leur réalisation). Faut pas que l'on soit déçu une nouvelle fois.
Mais j'ai eu confirmation par mon ami Maurizio qui était consultant pour RML, que le gros coaster Intamin est bien confirmé et signé pour CinéCitta World et que B.M. serait également dans le coups. Le bonhomme en question est un gros responsable de la sécurité sur les foires et parcs d'attractions en Italie.

Pas ensemble, mais chacun aurait son coaster !

Tiens, est-ce normal qu'il n'y a aucune photo du chantier qui soit disponible ?  Pour un parc de cette envergure, qui voulait ouvrir en 2012, il devrait y avoir de la matière à voir (et même si l'ouverture est maintenant en 2014, ça ne se fait pas du jour au lendemain...).

Pour le moment, beaucoup de dessins circulent, un beau site web.  Mais en concret, physique, quel est le stade d'avancement ?  Est-ce que la crise ne sera pas passée par là aussi ?

OK, merci pour les précisions.

C'est vrai qu'on est entre 2 chaises.  D'un côté les contrats se signent, mais de l'autre pas plus tard qu'il y a quelques minutes le journal télévisé parlait de la crise économique, et de son impact sur le monde artistique italien (avec un budget en baisse de +/- 30%), et ils citaient justement la CineCittà comme souffrant de la crise.

Les travaux sont bien en cours, un membre de Parksmania (Rickwally) a réussi a se faufiler à travers les mailles du chantier pour poster quelques photos prises à la sauvette. C'est vraiment pas évident d'arriver sur le chantier car la zone est totalement isolée et protégée. Il a promis d'y retourner (connaissant maintenant un peu mieux la zone).

En attendant voici quelques photos, c'est toujours cela.
Plusieurs anciens gros studios sont en cours de finition, ils devront acceuillir les six dark rides prévus

La Compagnie des Alpes serait en négociation pour faire son entrée dans CinèCittà World. Je sais c'est pas le 1er avril, mais le rôle de la CdA serait très important au sein du nouveau parc a tel point que nos deux compères (Astérix et Obelix) seront de la partie

D'après mes infos (source interne au parc digne de foi) il y aura un "soft opening" en 2014 avec 14 attractions le reste sera bien pour 2015

Voilà ce que le paysage du sud de Rome pourrait présenter vers 2017 avec l'annonce d'un autre projet à Aprilia sous le nom de Wonder World - initiative totalement privée. Nos amis de theParks.it ont pris contact avec l'initiateur de ce nouveau parc (Andrea Turetta) dont les études de faisabilité sont déjà bien avancées selon ses dires. Des essais d'artworks et un masterplan ont été réalisés en guise de simulation et un véritable ensemble de divertissement est prévu.

Pour vous faire une idée, je place le link du topic sur theParks, personnellement je me suis mis en contact avec l'architecte en question (pour le compte de theParks) , lui posant des questions assez directes et prenant comme exemple la saga de Spyland et les difficultés de la réalisation d'un semblable projet qui bien souvent s'apparente à des rêves irréalisables par manque de financement ainsi que la menace que peuvent présenter les écologistes (voir l'histoire insoluble de Mediapolis près de Turin et Motor City près de Vérone) mais à la vue de ses réponses et aux arguments avancés, le projet (mis en route depuis deux ans) semble bien tenir la route au niveau des engagements des différentes parties impliquées (investisseurs - autorité locale, régionale politique et administrative - intérêts de sociétés internationales : Merlin ? par exemple qui cherche à s'installé dans la région après sa future unité Sea Life qui doit s'ouvrir cette année à Rome, nous savons qu'ils ont décliné - en son temps - une reprise de RML et de Miragica)...wait and see en attendant d'ouvrir un nouveau topic.

Très bon choix de nom...  ;D Je suis également depuis quelque semaines déjà en contact avec eux, et déjà pas mal de ArtWork de transmis. Cependant, j'attendais également des compléments d'informations, notamment sur le financement avant d'ouvrir un sujet. Oui, j'ai vu cela et je voulais faire le malin sur theParks en incluant le post qu'Andrea Turetta avait placé sur ta page Facebook (le 13 décembre) presque persuadé que c'était un fake... ;)

Effectivement, au début j'ai cru aussi à un fake, un projet de fan. C'est clair que ça commence quand même à faire beaucoup dans le sud de l'Europe, on parle de crise dans cette région, et pourtant quand on voit les investissements de PortAventura et ces nouveaux parcs en Italie, c'est très paradoxale, mais peut-être un bon moyen de relancer l'économie, à condition d'attirer un large public international, sinon... ça va être la catha...

Comme tu dis oui ... Ca m'étonnerait qu'ils ouvrent fin mai, ou alors ce sera dans la hâte et rien ne sera terminé, l'effet Rainbow Magic Land ... Mieux vaut attendre encore un peu avant de booker ses vols vers Rome je pense !

Et encore RML était déjà beaucoup plus "abouti" à son ouverture... De toute façon je me suis fait avoir une fois avec RML, je remettrai pas ça une seconde fois. Rome ça sera en 2015 minimum ^^.

Non le Layout n'est pas pareil ! Remonte le topic et tu verra que ce coaster s'engage dans la drop directement alors que Colossus non ! :-) Et après je pense qu'il y a encore des choses différentes mais je n'ai pas étudier le Layout de Colossus par coeur  :P

Voilà, mise à part la first drop qui diffère sur le modèle italien, ce sont les même !
Cette drop à l'air plus sympa que sur le modèle anglais, mais pour le reste c'est la même chose... Faudra pas en attendre des miracles. :D

Nouvel Update signée Theme Parks Italia (http://www.themeparksitalia.com/archives/13933) :

Rien de bien neuf au parc lors du passage de nos compères italiens, si ce n'est que les ouvriers travaillent même le dimanche (Bouchée doubles pour ouvrir au plus tôt ?!). Pas d'attraction en test non plus lors de leur visite, les travaux se poursuivent donc et le parking reçoit son revêtement :

J'ai remarqué que pour la Drop Tower Intamin, il y a 2 sortes de nacelles. Un modèle classique ou l'on reste droit (nacelle rouge à 1:25 sur la vidéo) et  un modèle ou on nous incline légèrement vers le vide (nacelle rouge et jaune à 3:15 sur la vidéo). J'ai bien vu?? :o

Tu as bien vu oui ^^ Remonte un peu le topic et tu verra les photos des nacelles en test et on voit que certaines s'inclinent et d'autres non  :)

Je trouve que c'est un très beau parc, avec une bonne théma. J'espère qu'il va marcher, et que je puisse le visiter un jour.

Le line up d'attractions me semble un poil plus attirant d'un point de vue personnel, mais je suis comme toi, je n'en attends pas grand chose ... M'enfin bon, vu ce que coute un aller retour pour Rome avec des compagnies à bas prix, c'est avec plaisir que j'y ferais un tour ... en 2015 !

Je n'ai pas suivi la construction de Rainbow, et je n'ai jamais été dans ce parc, donc...
Cependant ce parc a l'air plus attrayant que Rainbow, et les décors sont beaucoup mieux fait. Même je pourrais dire rien que en voyant les photos, que j'adore les décors de ce parc, et ils n'ont pas l'air en carton pâte.
Par contre je trouve qu'ils ressemblent beaucoup à ceux de disney (main street et western).

Pas très fan de la structure du supersplash... En revanche le reste et notamment la main street est de très bonne facture !

Pas terrible ce plan, le parc a l'air rikiki, et les attractions majeures sont presque anecdotiques... C'est un problème d'échelle je pense, les voitures au premier plan son en partie responsables.

Non aujourd'hui c'était une visite pour la presse et autres accrédités, l'ouverture est toujours pour le  15 juillet

quelques photos de mes amis de "theParks" avec un premier commentaire à chaud de Deborah :

Quelques photos de Cinecittà World attente d'une galerie plus complète ce soir. La freefall (Erawan) est très belle et amusante, l'Intamin (Altair) est un très bon...family coaster !, La drop : zéro sensation. Les Heartlines sont amusants (pris lentement mais pas de sang à la tête) après la heartline, l'Hélice tourne un peu la tête. Au niveau des sensations c'est un « family coaster » avec des inversions ... Les protections sont merveilleuses et parfaites. Le drop coaster (Darkmare) a suscité des sentiments mitigés, mais il doit être encore finalisé, le super splash (Aktium) mérite une attention malgré certaines lacunes dans la thématisassion. En général, il semble que le parc résulte de n'être pas tout à fait complet et des travaux de finissions seront en cours. Toute la partie sur le spectacle est limitée pour l'instant au « walk through » Aquila IV dans lequel il y a beaucoup de très bons acteurs, mais la désorganisation est assez présente pour l'instant. En général, les membres du casting sont sympathiques mais souvent approximatifs (bien sûr, nous considérons que s'est de leur première journée avec des gens dans le parc)...

Un petit condensé des premières réactions :

Difficile de définir : ce n'est pas une catastrophe mais ce n'est pas une victoire (Deborah Begali, thePaks.it)

Un parc avec pour l'instant peu d'attractions mais qui promet pour le futur, à l'avenir, beaucoup de spectacles sont annoncés. L'ensemble des attractions sont de niveau familial.

Pro - certaines parties ont de belles thématisassions soignées comme la Main Street ;  le SuperSplash qui est un très divertissant (mais pas trop humide); la compétence des acteurs du walk through à Aquila IV est excellente; la convivialité et la gentillesse de beaucoup de castmembers; l'inclinaison (tilting) sur la freefall; le prix du billet à 29 €.

Contre - l'emplacement malheureux où est placé le parc (la zone Pontina et son trafique); le personnel pas du tout préparé pour l'arrivée des invités en terme d'organisation et formation  technique; la zone western Ennio's Creek qui pour l'instant n'a pas de raison d'exister (la zone n'est pas encore terminée); de nombreux domaines inachevés (les salles semblent encore assez éloignées avec la finition du travail); bars et restaurants ne donnent pas l'idée de thématisassions complètes; beaucoup de file d'attente n'existent pas encore.
Il faudra encore patienter, mieux vaut attendre la saison 2015 pour bénéficier d'un parc bien plus opératif dans tous les sens du terme.

J'ai l'impression que c'est un peu plus fini que ne l'était Rainbow à son ouverture... Par contre ça à l'air beaucoup plus petit. ???

On remarque 3 attractions majeur, mais l'offre à l'air assez restreinte... à voir quoi.  ;)

Quelqu'un serrai t'il comment on s'y rend depuis Rome en transport en commun ? je suis allé sur le site internet mais je ne comprend pas l'italien mdr

Vous pouvez prendre le bus soit à Stazione Roma Termini ou à Stazione Santa Palomba pour 10€ par personne. Sinon je ne pense pas qu'il y ait de transport en commun qui aille jusqu'au parc (sinon ils n'auraient pas mis ce système de bus).

Par contre il faut faire attention sur le fait que quand vous réservez les billets de la navette, il vous propose différentes heures d'aller et de retour qu'il faut respecter.
