Alors que le parc nous propose déjà un tout nouveau Inverted B&M pour 2014 (Banshee (http://www.ameworld.net/forum/parcs-aux-usa-et-dans-le-reste-du-monde/(kings-island)-nouveau-coaster-en-2014/)), le parc vient d'annoncer dans un communiqué de presse que son vieux Suspended Coaster Arrow Dynamics de 1993, "Flight Deck" (ex Top-Gun) va subir une importante réhabilitation.
Et ça commence par un changement de nom, "Flight Deck" devient "The Bat", nom mythique pour Kings Island et le constructeur de Clearfield dans l' Utah, Arrow Dynamics, puisque c'est également le nom du premier prototype Suspended de celui-ci ouvert en 1981, et démantelé en 1984 suite à de nombreux problèmes. The Bat sera équipé de nouveaux trains entièrement revu par S&S (qui a racheté Arrow Dynamics en 2002). De nouvelles peintures aussi, avec du orange pour la voie et du noir pour les piliers porteur, aux couleurs du logo.
On retrouve le logo qui à circuler avant l'annonce de l'arrivée de "Banshee", qui est donc belle et bien réel d'une nouveauté 2014.
