CitationToday the plans for the Alton Towers 2005 wooden rollercoaster were approved in a meeting held in Leak. However, the official statement from the council is that the plans have been approved, however, with conditions that will have to be adhered to. It is unknown what the conditions are, although it certainly is good news that the wooden coaster will now be built. It is possible the conditions that Alton Towers will have to adhere to could range from minor tree re-plantation to major re-designs of the coaster layout. It is as yet unknown what those conditions are
